Kaizen is the Japanese word for "improvement". In business, kaizen refers to activities that continuously improve all functions and involve all employees from the CEO to the assembly line workers. We believe in this philosophy and apply it to all areas of service. We are a 100% Namibian based service.
The Beginning
Kaizen Media started in 2016 as a side project and has since grown to work on some of the major companies' software in Namibia.
Bespoke Clients
In 2018 Kaizen Media was contracted with rainmaker digital - an Award Winning digital company focused on the hospitality industry in Namibia.
Enterprise Projects
Our portfolio includes work on prominent players in the industry, including Michelangelo Wine and Spirit Awards, Trip Tours Namibia and FP du Toit Transport.
